"User friendly" vacuum/pressure mixing, systems are available from 1 to 6000 gallons. Vacuum mixing eliminates air entrained during mixing, increasing product quality. These systems use either bottom or top mounted Turbon mixers. Sweep or scrape surface agitators that work independently of the Turbon mixer are optional. Jacketed mixing tanks for heating and cooling product are standard. All vacuum mixing systems are constructed of stainless steel and are designed for sanitary process applications. Discharge systems and vacuum pumps, valves, gauges and piping are included for complete system capability.
