Scott Turbon High Temperature mixers have become a standard in the asphalt, rubber, paper, and petroleum industries. The Scott Top Mounted High Temperature mixer is designed to withstand the most punishing applications and plant environments. Using our unique Turbon head technology, we have successfully reduced batching times by up to 90%, while increasing the consistency and quality of products.

Scott Top Mounted High Temperature Mixers are supplied with water cooled bearing housings, high temperature grease and, heat sinks as a standard. The customer can select one of three standard Turbon heads for batch production, depending on the amount of shear needed for the application. Our top mounted high temperature mixers can also be fitted with a variety of custom blades including dispersers and small impellers. Mixers can also be operated "dry" without causing equipment failure.

Scott High Temperature mixers can be fitted on open or closed top tanks, totes and drums.
